With a couple of days to consider the past week i would like to share some thoughts to the next few months.
We are approaching the next transfer window and all the speculation.
Hopefully given our position in the europa league we will be playing after xmas, so where would you like to see strengtened. I personally would want a left sided defender, a defensive midfielder and another forward. The question who could leave either on loan or pushed out.
Bain, Hendry, Kouassi, Aranzi, Sinclair, Morgan, and possibly Griffiths, Hayes and Shved could be excess to requirements with Ntcham and Rogic looking suspect for next season. I know some fans won't like what i am saying but it is only speculation
Some players may benefit from first team football rather than than constantly training without playing
A Griffiths loan to Hibs may help us win the league as he would be unable to play against us.

My own views are similar although I think Hayes does the left side utility player to a decent standard. Similar to bitton in his role. I'd keep shved but add benyu to your list. The two Americans are slow burners so we will see if they develop. I'd sooner see Gordon away as bain but he doesn't strike me as the backup keeper type. is he recovered from his thumb injury?

Griffiths will be back I would keep him. Shved won't be leaving. Agree with the rest. Mabe keep Hayes as a squad player. Turnbull and Benkovic would be good additions in January. No doubt Big Frazer will be heading back to Southampton after the loan spell. Would love to keep him but we can't compete with the crazy money paid in the pub league.

When I wrote this i wondered if Benekovic, Wanwayma, Armstrong might return similar to Fosterm with someone like Shankland as back up to Edouard If Griffiths or Bayo don't work out.

What ever we do in January. Can we be ready for European qualifiers. Every season we are short in some postion. Finically critical to us but we act like complete Ameture.

Jonace why would we go for a shankland type player. He's a first division player, that's his level.

Dra it was that centre half situation the last free summers wee are ok at centre half now thank heavens and actually a centre half that can score from a set piece wheve been screaming out for that since Virgil.
