Beav of course he ain't going to come out and say its embarrasing, efe is a bombscare and broonys way off the pace, BR was brought in to improve the players and team. Everyone i would hope can see that the morale of our players is very low, fans continually turning on them ain't helping, an absolute disgrace what happened to efe in the Barcelona game. the way i see it if BR was to go out and say that it would just be 10 times worse, seems to me the gaffers the only one defending us.

BR is doing what he's best at and that's man management. Brown has been poor in recent months but to me it seems a confidence thing. You don't just stop being a good player and although plenty of us are on browns back i personally still rate him and I'd love to see him back to his best.

That's the problem but bhoywonder! BR has been in the job less than 3 months and he's had to defend ambrose how many times! He shouldn't be anywhere near celtic park in the first place for BR to have to defend! And Browns been woeful for the past couple of years now! I realise the manager can't come out and slaughter them but after that red imps game maybe that's what they needed! I know what he says in public and in the dressing room will be different. but it pisses me off that the manager has to defend these players in the first place! And ambrose is the perfect example! beav81 totally agree about ambrose but give our defence time we do actually have some quality there when all fit as for brown not the player he used to be but he does have one thing which is his leadership espescially when the young lads heads go down which was a regular thing under deila.

Agree Alan there is quality in there and with hopefully a few additions will be even stronger. and I also know when everyone's fit that ambrose won't get a sniff. just really frustrating seeing our last 2 managers having to start there reigns with this guy anywhere near the squad never mind the starting 11! I would throw big toure in there next to o'connell tonite! Naturally fit guy so I would have no doubts about him coming in.

Brown has and continues to give us great service to Celtic . It is fitting and right for our Manager to talk up our captain in the week of an important European match . Brown may be a bit sluggish recovering from last season injuries but surely Gerard had no excuse for giving the goal away to Chelsea and costing his team their first ever EPL title . To some Gerard is still a God and Brown is rubbish Why?
