Last night I thought our goal looked offside because Kyogo looked a little in front of Ralston, but after watching BBC replay this morning iI can see that Kyogo is in fact in line with the ball before it is crossed, therefore not offside. Well done the linesman then.
However the quicker we get VAR the better as that was a decision which could very easily have gone against us.

Nope. Can’t see that at all Aindoh despite watching the clip about ten times and pausing it at the moment of pass. The reason Kyogo is onside is because he is not in front of the ball at the moment of Ralston’s pass.
As I said earlier, the only way to kill these type of discussions/ decisions (which we would probably be on the wrong side of considering the attacking way we play) is to have VAR .
I wonder how many more goals Bobby Lennox would have been credited with if we had VAR back in the day ?.

Celtic would’ve played a European Final at Hampden for a start HarryHoodini.
The officials admitted after the game that Bobby’s last minute Semi Final goal away to Liverpool was onside and Celtic should’ve qualified for the final.

Yep Buzz, Remember it well.
Bobby was a player way ahead of his time. Really quick late runs and an uncannot knack of knowing just when the pass was going to be made. He would have fitted into any of the modern day ‘super teams’.
Fantastic player and vastly underrated outside of Celtic Park at the time.
