one guy that never gets mentioned and he would find a way in to my team every week is bitton.

The weakness in that team is Elyounussi ( based on form ) and taylor
Its weird, whatever the formation there's always 1 or 2 or 3 I worry about.

The 3-5-2 would give more game time to Welsh and Biton. Even Elhamed slots in there at CB too so we have more options that way but certainly need cover if we revert back to that setup.

Elyounoussi had the lowest rate of any player from both sides on Sunday.
He didn’t have any shots at goal and had no accurate crosses.
Elyounoussi only passed the ball 14 times and gave away 3 fouls according to an analyst from the game.
On that performance Elyounoussi wasn’t worth Celtic playing the 4-2-3-1 formation to fit him into the starting lineup.

Even on the opening day when we had 80 odd percent possession and numerous chances/ shots, he was on the periphery.
I appreciate a few players have still to find their best form, but the manager sees them in training (when they bother) and must know who is 'hot' and who's not?
There must never be a situation where a formation is played to accommodate one player - especially when he is off form. However,
There's no need for panic, but there is a big requirement for:-
a) The manager to pick his best 11 and formation and stick with it.
b) Step-up fitness and sharpness after such a long lay-off
and c) The club has to get the players we need in the door NOW!
