Terrible result for Celtic and an absolutely shocking performance.
It’s not the first time Celtic have struggled to create any chances at Rugby Park over the years playing the 4-2-3-1 formation.
Nobody was getting near Edouard for a one two. It was very poor.
Jullian seems to struggle on the plastic pitches. Both himself and Ajer let the ball bounce too much and then put themselves under pressure because they can’t judge the bounce. Twice last season Jullian made Dykes look like a world beater.
I’m beginning to think it’s the surface as much as the physical battle he struggles with.
There was no excuse because the players had a full week to prepare for this game and yet they never had a single shot on target from inside the box all day.
Celtic only had 2 corners in the game which would suggest we weren’t getting to the byline often enough and putting Killie under pressure.
It was a very bad day at the office and we didn’t deserve to win.
At least Celtic have a game in midweek because usually when we have a bad result it’s the International break and we have to wait weeks to put the record straight.

The pitch is shocking and astro shouldn’t be allowed in top level football however both teams need to play on it. The pitch aside Killie new our game and made it difficult for us to create chances Eddie was isolated and Killie very compact our defending was abysmal centre half’s wanting to dribble with the ball, learn to do your job first, defend and attack the ball letting it bounce and in that surface?!
It was school boy stuff at the back and I would fancy my chances winning headers against our defence.

Its killie usual tactics sit pump the ball julien was all at sea he let the pitch get the better of him but this isn't anything to get worried about we p, ay at pace this pitch gave killie time to sit in as it was very slow when they turn up on grass we will hammer them we won 5 1 on the grass why do supporters ask for peoples jobs its so annoying its a long season keep the faith this is lennons team and that what he has faith in so I convinced they Will come on strong and march on to ten we never got beat we drew.
