rangers have come up with a new unheard of signing policy-they get a player in for talks ( not contract talks) in the hope the player signs for another club, it seems to be working very well, other clubs are looking into this setup, this forward way of thinking is set to change the transfer market even more so than the bosman ruling, dont you just wish we had gordon smith at parkhead
