Yes, PL and the board will accept bids for any of our players. We are a business and we do not have access to all the sky cash being poured into EPL etc. So, to survive we will always have to try to buy low and sell high.
That said, every transfer window we see the same old story about the board biscuit tin mentality, PL locking up the cheque book, looking to get their bonus money so sell top players. I get that it's frustrating but.
If a player does not want to sign for us then nothing we can do about that.
Also, if any of our players do NOT want to leave then they have the final say on that as well.
So, if KT leaves, regardless of anything else, HE had the final say on staying or going. WE might not like it and it's easy to blame but the bottom line - The Player makes the decision.

The buy low and sell high part is flawed. Where have the Dembele Dollars gone? Totally defeats the object.
