It's now hours after the game and i'm still sick after watching that game.

Out played all over the park is hard to take.

No one can say we are getting ourselves into match shape as we only had 3 weeks off . Players shouldn't lose there match sharpness after only 3 weeks.

Mulgrew has been our worst player in our 3 matches all those long diagonal balls to no one, it just seems that our midfield can't pass the ball .
Our defence is rotten, Can't hold a line . The new dutch boy looks to timid and balde has no first touch, I know it's too early to judge but we have not played well in any of our games . it may only be pre-season but all 3 teams we played are on pre-season also.

Lennon has come out after the last 2 games saying he's happy with the work the players have put in, well I think we have been poor all 3 games.
Looking forward to his comments tomorrow.

The people I feel really sorry for is the celtic fans who are using up holiday's at work and paying all that money to go and watch us play like that.

after you read this comment can you tell i'm gutted.

whats your take on it ed.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would anyone get upset about pre season games? This is all about fitness and toning.I will concede that we really have not strung much together, but look at the teams we have had out?

On Mulgrew, I have posted my worries about him for a while. His distribution has been getting worse, stupid passes and bad angles for a return annoy me, but Lenny seems to favour him. green jhedi

Mick you are totally right. It's not as if we were playing against top sides who were in full flow with their own domestic leagues. We have been shabby in all departments against 2 poor sides and 1 half decent team (Cluj) and if these 3 performances are anything to go by then our 2 new recruits along with the rest of our squad have a lot to learn and they need to do it very quickly. There seem to be a few injuries at the moment but our second or third string teams should be giving these teams a better game.
The squad aren't exactly going into next week's game against Cliftonville with bags of confidence and if we fans are looking at that game with even the remotest sense of concern then it says a lot about the quality of our team. The Cliftonville lads will be giving it everything. This is their Champions League Final in front of their own fans on a small and very tight ground. These are amateur players who hold down full-time jobs elsewhere, and they'll be up for this game in a way you couldn't imagine.
The question is: after such poor performances, will we?

I said the same after the last game, but was shot down as it's only 'training exercises and meaningless games'.
The players should not be so out of sorts a month after the cup final?
I agree the supporters who live abroad would expect much better from any permutation wearing the Hoops and preserve our reputation.
We are one week from a CL qualifier and expecting to turn up and 'it'll be all right on the night' often backfires.
Two of our best players are possibly on the verge of leaving just to add another distraction to our build-up and even if they play Cliftonville I doubt they will be 100% focussed?
The pre-season has so far raised more questions than answers and I just hope we get the finger out now!

To tell you the truth I'm more worried that half our team Is now injured Brown, ledley, mulgrew, forster, watt, Hooper and there are probably more. Our first qualifyer is in a week and I'm now a bit scared if I'm honest.
