I see Lennon talking more rubbish in the press, this time the target is 100 goals.
Every other target he has set has failed so fully expect this one too as well.
Also states we are playing a good brand of football, well can someone send me the DVD's of all these good games because I must have missed them.

The two best performances this season were v hertz and murderwell then he changes the team shape and personnel.This is why so many fans are weary of this nonsense.The leagues won, rest the big hitters for Europe and play the youngsters.

He should have set this target at the start of the season. Then we would not have to watch the crap we regularly see at home. He is the most negative Celtic manager for years.

Looking forward to next season I do not think we need major ins and outs.
3 players I would LOVE to see at Celtic Park are Snodgrass, Powell and the Burnley captain and centre half Mee I think is his name, all 3 would enhance our team considerably.
To get all 3 would probably cost upwards of £12m but surely Celtic could afford this especially if we sold one or two squad players and other squad players left freeing up wages.

Moving players on might not be that easy mate, they have hardly ripped the place up.I have posted before that we are entering a crucial phase in our history and more than a few have their doubts about Lenny.

I think your right GJ, I cannot see anyone wanting to purchase any players others that Forster & Van Dijk.
Regardless of how many goals Commons has scored his lack of pace and lack of quality in Europe would mean only Championship sides would take him.
This will be testing times for the fans, a few of my pals are giving up there season books after 15 years because of how bad the last 3 years have become and they were once Lennon fans.

@GJ and Kevin T maybe I am not as pessimistic as you both seem to be but there is always a market somewhere for Celtic players, albeit a lower team and said players may need to face reality to get a game and maybe even take a pay cut.
But surely Forrest, Borrighter and Pukki would attract offers from other teams but probably not what Celtic may think they are worth. Some guys want Izzy out but he can still do a job.
As for the other squad players, most on less wages Celtic could offer to free them but that would mean paying up remainder of their contracts but surely would not cost that much.
If it frees up places and wages it is worth it.
The time is now right to have a wee clear out and freshen up the whole team but with QUALITY signings, even if it is only 2 or 3 of that ilk.

Burnley's captain is Jason Shackell who plays CB, he'd be a great signing but I doubt he'd want to leave now they've won promotion to the EPL. Very rarely a first team starter (never mind captain) who gets promoted will leave that club. Best shout for signing a Championship tends to be from the team who fails to win the Playoff. Aaron Cresswell from Ipswich would be a great shout for a CB as well.

Another shout at CB would be Harry Maguire from Sheff Utd. Been very consistant for 3 years in L1 now, and still only 21 years old!
