I know what you mean Ben Bhoy. That 6-2 to 5-1 turnaround was extreme but does show what can happen in these games. This time Rangers will be pumped up after progressing in Europe, Motherwell's win over us and their own 4-0 win at the weekend. Our bhoys have to answer another one of those questions they've been asked this season. This time it's 'can we bounce back from the abrupt halt to our unbeaten run?'. I think we will, but I also think this game might be the closest derby this season. I think (hope) that we'll edge it.
To the guy who said we wouldn't have any answer if Rangers (given all their problems) won the league this season. I agree. I've already said that if Rangers get through this run of games to mid-April ahead (bearing in mind Celtic have half as many games), I'd take my hat off to them. Same goes if they win the league. Probably the only thing we could say is that Neil is building a young squad which will improve if he can keep them together. Rangers have a squad that has many coming to the end of their contracts/ careers. . so roll on next season. I hope we won't need to resort to that.
For the guys touting Owen, Hargreaves and (on the Rangers page) Fowler. Please. . we are better than that. Lets look for young up and coming gambles rather than ageing, long past their best ones.

Lif rangers prevail and win this seasons spl i think the celtic banter page will have to cease to exist. lets face it bhouys.how on earth could any hoop possiblby weigh in to this page and slag the poor down trodden.skint neighbours from govan off if the do over come the 30 man squad free scoring super rich celti as was the case the 2 previous saesons.come on guys what possible excuse could you possibly come off with after the trumpet blowing that's gone on here all season. i would have to hide my head in the sand bhouys.surely to god yous would not have the balls of brass to come back here posting your champions in waiting for next season. ps bhouys god help yous the next lot of seasons if a take over goes ahead at ibrox. if rangers can win the spl the last 2 seasons skint.what are they gona do if there debt free and have a free million to spend on players. a bit of a bleak prospect for celtic

Anyone else think tomorrows game could push the balance for the league for whoever wins. It would be such a moral boost for either to knock the other out of a competition for the 1st time this season and I think could spur them on. I know we humped them last time out, but as I said last time, on derby day, the form book is thrown out the window. The 6-2 game springs to mind. I was in Italy that day. Small town. No way of knowing the score during the game. My auntie managed to ring us with the score later that night. When I heard 6-2, I was filled with dread. I was expecting to get humped. Then the next game we lost 5-1.
I'm gonna go for a 2-1. Possibly after e/ t. Hoops to get both. Goal from midfield for scotlands shame.

No need to shout m8. He was sold for pennies because Walter Smith, despite the fact he is one of Scotlands greatest managers, has always always been blinkered to players with more flair than dig. Yes, we had Laudrup and Gazza but they where world class players who couldnt be left out and there was also much better players around that era to back up the flair players whereas now he has sacrficed flair for more fight and dig. Not always pretty but usually pretty effective.

Liverpool and Spurs had a 6mil bid knocked back, improved bids were made as well but we thought to be around 8-8.5 mill. what I'm trying to say though is if a player who as proved himself in the best League in the world against the best teams is only worth (10 million lets say) how the hell is Hooper and Kayal worth 10-15 million?? tell me please mate?? would love to know ya !
