Into December and not even a rumour from that rag the sun. Have we still got a scouting network? Markie

Believable0 Unbelievable1

The rumours from the D R and the Sun
are very useful for ruling moves out.

Agree1 Disagree0

Aye true . All rumours are rumours though. Sometimes there is something to get even a wee bit excited about. I think if they spend on signing Broony and JG up them that will be our lot till the summer. No fresh faces unless it's a nobody loan signing or 18 year old with potential. Markie

Agree0 Disagree0

Markie I think over next few seasons there will be more loan signings with a view to making deal permanent, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a loan signing in January

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think we should brake our wage band it would just cause disharmony among other players . On saying that I would love for him to stay but on what we can afford. If its just all about money then I would be sad to see him go but go he must

Did anyone watch the highlights show last night? Michael Stewart thinks there was nothing wrong with the sending off tackle, he doesn't think that kind of tackle should be illegal. Expert punditry indeed. Markie.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Between him on BBC and that wee runt McCann on SLY - not to mention the daily garbage on S(evco)TV sport, it's about time Celtic told the lot of them where to go.
We have carried Scottish football since the funeral in 2012 and every media outlet in the country can't accept it.
This 'Old Firm' nonsense is also sneaking back into vogue; unfortunately without contradiction from anyone connected to Celtic past or present.
How I wish we had pursued a move away from Scotland and let the rest of them rot in their own filth.
Just letting off steam after yet another away draw in the cup.

Agree1 Disagree0

The tackle was a sending off all day long and watching this guy trying to defend it was a mortal embarrassment for him.

The penalty decision was a howler yet again from Collum and his linesman but this guy thought it was more about Guidetti than poor refereeing.

I know some of these pundits are biased towards teams they've played for or are fans but this was a total riddy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Total riddy agreed but would argue that Stewart is just a diddy in general and not really any bias directly towards Celtic! Seen him make some ridiculous comments in the past regarding other teams and also think he just likes going against whatever the rest of the panel are talking about

Agree0 Disagree0

I am delighted that we have got the benefit of a howler decision . What we didn't hear was the pundits telling us what goes round comes round and evens up in the season .
No mention of evening up in the same game, goalie drops ball and Commons scores and, our friend the ref gives free out .

Agree0 Disagree0

Some football players should steer well clear of commentary and journalism.

That wasn't a tackle, it was a vicious lunge

Agree3 Disagree0

These 'pundits' offer nothing and are a waste of time.

Too right, it was a sheer stupidity lunge.

Agree2 Disagree0

I did'nt see the the Hearts game, cause I was travelling down from up north, but listening to the penalty arguments, was it a penalty or a slip?but isn't it a moral thing, should'nt guidetti have told the ref that he slipped?, what if the hearts player had been sent off for being last man?what if it happened to us?still have'nt seen the game, am I the only one getting a bad taste in my mouth because guidetti said nothing if reports are anything to go by, why didn't he just hit the penalty at the corner flag, if he was too shy to talk to the ref, or is he just another example of a modern footballer.

Agree0 Disagree2

Sorry aindoh but why should players take it on them selves to "ref" the game by saying it wasn't a penalty or deliberately miss the penalty because of the refs incompetence. Things happen in games all the time that change the outcome this was just one of them

how often has a player said "no ref that's not a penalty" or "he got the ball he shouldn't be sent off"? things like this maybe happen once a season across all the top leagues as it did last year in bundesliga

i haven't seen replays of the incident but as far as I saw he never asked for the penalty. for me its a bad ref decision and we take it and move on

maybe a poll idea ed across the sites: if your team was awarded a pen that shouldn't of been would you rather they said told the ref? (im sure you eds can word it better than me but something along those lines)

Dundee away in the 5th round. Tricky game them and dundee utd away is the 2 I would have liked 2 avoid but should be a cracking game

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Dundee away is type of draw we can expect 15 of the last 17 Scottish Cup have been away from home . At the same time Sevco have been drawn at home yet again, and of course the BBC are showing it live .

I watched jambos cup tie in pub on Sunday, being recently divorced I am slowly getting used to going home to no telling offs etc. had a great roast beef lunch watched the game then went home to a night of footie on the telly, again no arguing over what programmes to watch. Funnily enough my ex and I are better pals now we have some space between us, whatever that tells me I don't know.
Saw two great Italian games the Turin derby in which wee Torino played their hearts out and were unlucky to lose with virtually last kick of the game, then watched Roma-Inter game another great game, Italian football gets a lot of stick for being boring, but this season I have watched some really good passionate games with lots of goals, I also enjoy the Bundeslige with plenty of goals there also.
Getting back to our game I thought the team played well, the ordering off was 100% right but Collum got the penalty 100% wrong he is a shifty wee guy who I have never trusted in any game. I am happy as I am making money on betting Guidetti to score in every match and I am well up there so thank you John for your goals.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I can imagine if your ex wasn't into football, there could be a bit of trouble over the remote .

It's very quiet on here tonight, must be because we won and there's not much to moan about . Rayman and Johynmayc must be gutted!

When's the draw for the next round. Hope we get Spartans. Played for them for a good few years as a junior. Great set up and WGS is the patron there

Agree0 Disagree0

Didn't mean to post that on your feed AH

Agree0 Disagree0

A H it's now 5.35 pm on Monday 1st and still no word from Rayman or Johhnmac, I am just worried that there may be something wrong with them . I hope neither has had an accident or serious illness .
