Not sure this is good news great captain but I just hope Rodgers doesn’t play him because he’s the captain he’s not in the top 2 cm we have now and will only hold the likes of eboue back who i believe will be a great player, I really don’t no what to make of it.

Think it's great news the man's a leader and even if his play ing times reduced he's great to have about for bhoys like young kt and Henderson to advise.

I'm happy he's decided to stay. He still has plenty to offer in many ways. Does anyone suspect that this decision might give the green light for a deadline day Ntcham departure? Those Porto rumours went quiet anyway.
