If Lawell goes after players Rodgers wants agrees fees with clubs only for players to say yes but dependant on champions league qualification what more do you want him to do? What would be your solution?

It was more about your comments about Lawell being applauded. He earns a decent wage and bonus even though he has underinvested in the playing squad and short changed fans for years. The least he can do is back Rodgers with a few decent signings.
Perhaps if he had invested correctly in the last 5 years we might not have to be playing 6 qualifiers before getting a crack at the Champions League? For that he won't be getting a standing ovation from me!

CPRS1 2 of the deals I am told are dependant on qualification but didn't say who. The other signing will be Scott Sinclair.
