Paris isn't that pricey Stephbhoy. You'll pay a fiver for a large beer in the very centre. Wine, of course, is cheaper than in the UK. Don't get your Euros at the airport tho, as they are now stronger than the Pound. Try hitting up the 11th and you'll find it reasonable. Bistro Paul Bert is a smashing place for a meal.

Haha flights from Manchester got Paris from Birmingham for £86 struggling with Munich at the mo.
Done it before had flights to Milan for £20 from Luton and Barcelona from Stantead £25 just case of looking round.

Welsbhoy: there used to be a cheap Easyjet flight out Bristol to CDG and I think Flybe from Cardiff to Orly.

My big cousin does it the way Wb does it but Wb you got to do it right away like Wb does (book) because the airline carriers get wise to the traffic volume bookings and just bump up there prices right away
Wb is lucky living right in the middle of England he has flexible options (y)
