Hi guys, new poster here😀 been reading this forum for a while and get a great laugh at the banter, especially the delusional zombies that bite like big guppies 😅
Anyway on the topic of dembelle, I couldn't agree more felt he was a class signing from the off maybe even our best last window. Saw a fair bit of him watching championship last year and he looked the part in a lot of what I watched, has the potential to be a real star for us. Remember a few games into the season when some idiots on here were comparing him to amigo blade and 1 of my Hun mates was laughing at him and saying dodoo was twice the player lol, still makes me chuckle 😅😅😅HH.

I remember it too fabadabadoo. It's the same poster that posted today that the leagues not over, the same poster that wanted Rodgers sacked after his first competitive game the same poster that thought Ronny was god and the same poster that had an unhealthy hatred for Neil Lennon.

I'll give you the benefit of doubt that yesterday's post was tongue in cheek and wanting Rodgers sacked after one game we"ll put down to you still pining for your beloved Ronny, I know you were hurting and your little brain was all in a muddle. Calling Dembele a dud was your judgement on a player that had played 2 or 3 games bizarre really when it took you nearly 100 games to realise Ronny wasn't up to the job. Your judgement of a player or manager is abysmal. You're making a fool of yourself coming out with your inane ramblings then calling it sarcasm.

Ronny is no longer manager just in case you were unaware stevie. A lot of good came from tenure although unsucessful, DD stepped in and stopped the rot by pushing boat out to get a manager with a good reputation and halting PL in his failed experiment.
Also regards Dembele, i wasnt the only one who was concerned at start that we had possibly signed another dud striker but i was quick to hold my hands up before he scored first goal and admit i overreacted. Stevie your the type of person if my opinion was same as Chris Sutton or John Hartson, you would be full of praise.
Marty i noticed you were clearly refering to myself calling me an "idiot" for expressing my concern earlier in season. Well the only "idiot" is yourself for not saying something at the time. Its fans like you that irritate me, happy to go with the flow and watch club go to the wall in the past few seasons. Keep up the good work

Stevie changed your tone from last season when you were defending them to hills and back saying they had every right to comment as not only were former players but also were supporters of club. Caught telling lies once again stevie. Exposed once again.

Think this is the problem in football in general in recent years.
Far too many fans, pundits or media experts (loosely using that phrase) are way too quick of the mark about players and how good or not so good they are. It's easy to say a striker is poor when he doesn't score but not so easy to see everything else.
Dembele has started scoring now which is what he's paid for but prior to that I couldn't fault the boy for effort. He runs his socks off in games and imo he's only getting started.
Fans and pundits would see this if they actually watched the full game from the stadium instead of watching highlights.

If you had read the whole thread instead of just the first post, you would of had a clearer understanding of issue I intially had like many other fans.
