Reading the posts on here, it seems JP and PL do the recruiting. JK does the defending and set piece training. Collins takes the training.
Can someone tell WTF Ronny does lol. No wonder people want him sacked he doesny do anything lol.
Oh wait he supervises the chips to make sure the players don't have too many.

Even if you were at last correct, Rayman, there is plenty for RD to do. He could devise new training regimes to keep players interested, he could observe the players training and see who is training well etc. He lays down the formations and tactics for forth coming games
R D is the best manager we ever had at taking in youth and development matches . He also attends their training sessions and talks to them in groups and individually. This is very highly thought of as it is v God at building individual confidence and should help young players to make the step up to first team players if and when they are ready.

We should just give him the youth/ development team job as that is all he is up to.
Seriously that makes me nervous that he takes in so many of these games because he should have someone he trusts in there to tell him who could make the step up. Also he should be concentrating on the first team who are performing so poorly just now.
The fact that Tierney is the only 1 getting a sniff after 2 years of him watching them speaks volumes about how poor our youth/ development teams must be.

Old Bhoy what a load of crap. Tell me why Ronnie has this myth around him about developing youth? Now you will tell me it takes years and he has only had 18 months. So come back and tell me how good he is at it once he has actually done it. It might be another myth like the fast Fred flowing game he promised and never delivered!
