Hi ed . Have u got any info on celtic making a move for gary hooper?. Has there been any official contact or just speculation. Also I'd the roumer true about celtic having a bid rejected for jozo of Zagreb?. He looks the part haha

Ok ed cheers . Was hoping that was the case with hooper . He made his bed let him lie in it as far as I am concerned. All that rubbish about going to get into the England set up was rubbish . He went for more dosh . Simple as that

No harm to hooper but I wouldn't have him back. Was a great striker for us but in a different system. He can't play the lone striker role
Give us soriano and all our striker worries will be over. Forget the sell on value. His goals would more than make up for it (we can all dream)

Celtic always seem to bid for players before a big game and it always get rejected because they put a stupid bid in knowing it will get knocked back then they will move on to the second target a defender at 1/4 of the price

Read what one our scouts said,David moss I think his name is! Celtic won't spend anymore than 3 million on a player and VVD will go if a decent bid comes in! This 3-4 million on a centre half is bullshit! Like another poster said! It's funny this happens round about the time we want to sell tickets to the Malmo game! Utter garbage,as is this mystery striker!

There should be no need to spend more than about £3/£4m for a centre back . We should also be able to get a first class striker for a fee something similar .
