Aw yous are that happy by winning by default this season will be known as the season rangers got docked ten points u will soon be back where u belong and that is SECOND best
Agree0
Disagree0
Ok so we could possible be 17 points clear and you have been docked 10 so that would mean we would be 7 clear without use been docked for breaking FIFA regulations. so how can you think thats us winning by default
Agree0
Disagree0
7 points still in feb easily done ur ex player dicanio even said it

Just heard the guy Paul Clark from admin company stating the fact that HMRC have made it clear they're not issuing a winding up order but willing to help the club survive that would never happen to us we would be shut down because of the fact rangers and her majesty's revenue and customs consist of same shame what a joke ! As much as I think it's good news for Scottish football if shoe was on other foot we would be long gone so much for HMRC making an example of rangers cause other EPL clubs are next bbbbbb...sh*t

This only pertains to the £9 million tax bill. HMRC forced Rangers into appointing there own Administrators as the Admins are likely going to run out of money and ultimately liquidate Rangers thus doing HMRC's dirty work for them.
However if Rangers manage to stay in administration for a few weeks then the big tax bill will land and 100% force liquidation.
Messrs Traynor, Keevens and the rest are full of p1sh.
The axe WILL fall and fall SOON.
Agree0
Disagree0
Hmrc can still issue a winding up order on them if it is proven they cannot pay the bigger tax bill. a lot depends on how long they stay in administration and what their proposal to pay one of their many creditors ie: hmrc, is. hmrc want their money, craif whyte and rangers are basically stealing from all of us !
Agree0

Chrissybhoy , i have stated that i smell a rat , i heard a story today that a plan was hatched a year ago , in that Craig Whyte would be the "Patsy" who would come in , put the club into administration , then walk away with a handsome payoff , while being blamed for the whole nasty episode , with his buddy's company installed as his "Preferred" administrators , Alex Salmond , David Cameron and the Scottish media all backing them despite them cheating the tax man out of millions and other clubs out of money which could force them to go under , there is a lobby who say that Rangers will be let off with a tax bill of £7.5m , they will then be taken over by a consortium and all will be forgotten , this , if it allowed to happen is a disgrace and makes a mockery of this country's sporting integrity , but i believe that this is exactly what is going to happen . Drewzybhoy .

Paul clark or David Grier dont speak for the HMRC....AS
Agree0

That's what I'm afraid will happen drewyzbhoy then they walk free it's a joke I also hate the fact they come into admin when we demolished the gap now they have excuses "our off the park shambles caused Celtic to win league what about our shambles last season we still went to the wire lol also where is Craig whyte now hahah chrissybhoy
Agree0

Rangers offered 11m last jan , the HMRC said no at the time. A name to watch out for is Gary Withey former rfc club secretary who went back a few weeks ago to Collyer and Bristow , 4 Bedford Row , london. Octopus/ticketus deposited the 24,4m into their accounts and that company is being investigated by the serious Fraud Squad for a 51m insurance/investment scam! The same gary withey who works hand in hand with Mr White/Mr whyte /Mr thomas whyte!..AS...... Ps.. The Llloyds group received 18m from this so whyte didnt actually clear any debt.

He is just telling THEM what they want too hear...........................
MORE LIES.......
Agree0

I wouldn't worry too much Chrissybhoy. Even if Rangers do get agreement for a CVA, Craig Whyte still owes 85% of the club, something the fawning media are failing to highlight. As long as he is in charge their club if fecked.
Agree0
Disagree0
How come pompey got a winding up order but not them?
marty bhoy hows you young ed? {Ed001's Note - young ed? That must be me, as Ed007 is old and decrepit.}

If rangers manage to survive they will spend the next 3 years with less than half of their season book money, possibly renting Ibrox, no player budget and having to pay most of their income to HMRC. I hope that HMRC keep them in that state for many many years until every last penny is paid
David
Agree0
Disagree0
The priority for HMRC is to keep rangers alive until the can secure the finding of liability in the big tax case. This precedent is invaluable to them and they will do what is necessary to ensure they get it. After that all bets are off and liquidation will be the most likely outcome

Jst a thought! If rangers cant pay hearts the money owed for wallace instead of it being written off and hearts suffer through no fault of there own should they not recieve the player back to resell if they wish and refund rangers what they have paid so far???
Skinnybhoy
Believable16
Unbelievable3
If hearts were allowed to re sell wallace for£1.2 million rangers could get £400,000 back allowing them to pay dundee utd £100,00 and pay the swedish mob £250000 compo for celik leaving them £50,000 fot tea and biscuits
Skinnybhoy
Agree0

They talked about this on real radio last night the rules won't let hearts have him back , though big dj and roughy agreed the rules should be changed , there is one consolation, it's the shame taking money from their cousins

The deal was to be paid in 3 installments they've paid 2 and are about 800k short technically as hearts r not a secured party the shame will get the guy without having to pay the rest! Fkn shocking yes, most defiantly but to make it worse they can sell him on for a good profit. Why hearts let him go knowing the state they were in is just as shocking IMO

Ed....I read somewhere that the main creditior in the Shames dilemma is Craig Whyte. Is it not standard practice that the first to get paid will always be HMRC? How can he be ahead of them? Or was what I read not accurate?
HAIL HAIL
ChrisBhoy {Ed007's Note - I always doubted Whyte would be the legal main creditor and have seen nothing (official) to change my mind Chris.}
Believable4
Unbelievable1
Whytes a secured creditor HMRC aren't
Agree0
Disagree0
There are only 2 secured creditors one being the players (collectively) and the other is Liberty Capital, owned by Mr Whyte. HMRC no longer have preferred creditor status for any business in administration, they take their place along with everyone else who is owed money.
But please remember, it is illegal for directors to knowingly trade whilst the company is insolvent, but Mr Whyte knows that!
Agree0
Disagree0
Hmrc will get their money, one way or another, mr whyte or is it white ? has stolen from the state and the taxpayers by with holding money. if liberty capital is the parent company then they will owe hmrc the money, unless that is insolvent too, like every other company he has been involved with !! oh, and octopus will get their missing 24 mill too. government and state come above all else
Agree0
Disagree0
Gordon Brown changed the terms of HMRC several years ago before the credit crunch.
They are no longer a preferential creditor it now goes to the largest creditor - Craig Whyte - he knew this all along. Thats why administration is best for Rangers as it gives him a leverage with HMRC who will loose the lot if Rangers go down completely.
Long term they want a deal so does Whyte thats why he has not given the ticket company any security of over Rangers. He can then use that money for example to buy the naming rights of Rangers after all the agreements are in place and they are out of Administration. Creditors can't touch that as an agreement is in place for the debt therefore a cash injection into Rangers for transfers and so on.
Long terms it will make them more sell'able and that what I think Whyte is after. He's doing a Fergus. Managing the debt building it back up and then flog it back to the fans and walk away wit ha tidy sum and nothing out of his pocket.
Don't be surprised after it is all done he has a legal hold over the ground and rents it back to the club for life.....

The very same Salmond who want's the Celtic political chants to stop? say's politics and football don't mix. Also calling for hmrc to cut a deal with rangers wtf is this clown on glue? TAX DOESN'T HAVE TO BE TAXING. NOT IF U PAY IT. Why should i pay my tax at work if this lot get away with it, close the doors on them if it can't be paid in full. Many a small buisnessman lost his house for unpaid taxes why should a football team be any differant. maccabhoy88

Salmond trying to stick up for tax invasion hang your head in shame
Agree0

Hes trying to get votes. pity hes got to relise that not all rangers fans are totally infulanced by someone that doesnt know anything about football. on top of that ever celtic fan i know is feeling hes trying to victimise celtic after the so called shame game where he brought in the bill and now saying that we cant survive without them when celtic have already said they have been coming up with a stratagy in the case of the demise of the tax dodgers. another reason hes getting this bad press is the talk of raising tax and cost cutting where in reality rangers owe the country £49 million from david murry's era and another 9 million from the whyte knights tenure.

Salmond is a football fan he is entitled to his opinion even if some people might disagree with him.I think he happens to be right I will now vote for him
