As far as i am aware, NL is sticking with players he knows and not playing players he thinks will go. Sinclair has a year left on his contract and Hayes and Lustig's end in June. Does he want them to get new contracts? We can buy the German as a Lustig replacement, so we should play him. Hayes was pretty poor today and Ncham (spelling) was woeful.

I would build a squad around these 10 players, loan out some youngsters and listen to offers for the rest.
Bain and Gordon
Ajar and KT
Brown, McGregor, Christie, Rogic, Forrest
Edouard
Major rebuilding for next season.
Thank you to the majority of the squad for their great service to Celtic but its time to freshen up for these next 2 years and beyond.
Lenny done a good job before, under similar rebuilding circumstances.
{Ed007's Note - Seriously, Leon how can you build anything around Rogic? Considering most teams have a 23-25 man squad we would be looking to bring a minimum of 13 players, no Leigh Griffiths, Simunovic, Shved or even Hayes and Sinclair? What's the point of our academy if we aren't going to promote players like Dembele, Ralston or Armstrong Okoflex?

I am looking at the players we have available and the ones I mentioned are which I would call Celtic class, our best players, which is why I would build a squad around them. Yes the youngsters are work in progress like any club, some will get loaned out and some will get game time in the reserves.
The reason I want Lennon is because we are going to be busy in the next couple of transfer windows and Lennon will have a say like he did in 2010,I don't think guys like Mulgrew were Park ot Lawwells idea. He was Lennys first signing which he was getting pelters for but in the end Lenny was right to bring Charlie back to the club.
We need to make way for new players due to the high wages these players are on and with most being full Internationalists and other players like Ntcham and Sinclair.
I would also keep Jozo and Leigh for cover and Shved looks a great player.
