I read he had joined BC permanently. Was always a big fan of him, as a 'full back' I would have him over Lustig. If he's fit then I'd have him back yeah.

Based on his ability I would take him back in a heartbeat. Some people say a player should never go back to a previous club and I think there was something about him wanting go back down south anyway and that's why he left us in the first place. I can't see it happening.

Brilliant on his day but injury prone and has never progressed since he left us.

He has hardly kicked a ball since he left Gordo so I couldn't say if he has progressed under different coaches or not. I'd take him if he was fit. It won't happen though. We have 3rbs on the books as it is.

Take Matthews back any time. With he and Lustig we had real competition for an important slot, and often got the best out of both. Lustig for me was always the natural RB and Matthews more versatile, but Lustig didn't have the best season really.

Agreed. Against better sides with the two of them on the right overlapping I always felt we were stronger.

Him not progressing is down to my other point rglen8 being injured all the time unfortunately that's the case for most the players with pace.

It may seem stupid, but in my opinion Adam Matthews was never the same player after he had his shoulder injury . Prior to that injury he had no problem pushing the ball between two defenders and charging through them for the ball with no concern for his body . He lost that.
