According to the Daily Ranger,
Nancy has targeted 4 key positions in next months transfer window - RB/ RCB/ RW/ Striker.
Apparently he's keen on a loan deal for Julian Araujo from Bournemouth who's a RB (I think) and the Urugyuan striker, Rossi, he had at his team in the USA.
I fear the worst as he's 'working with Tisdale' to get new players in.

Once he gets in his own players to play in the formation he want, we will run away with the league and hammer a few player.
As a few people and pundits have mentioned, it's not the formation or system that's the problem, it's the standard of player that's in the squad and that's totally down to the board and previous manager who signed off on the players.

The trouble is though; there's another 4 positions in the current set up where we have players who look lost or incapable. Starting with the 'back three'. I'm willing to give the experiment a bit of time after a few signings but we need more than a few really.
And then when/ what if it all goes wrong? Will we then have a squad of players incapable of playing a more orthodox system?

??♂️ Why not play the formation the players know right now until the transfer window and then get his players in to play that formation, if that even works. He's well out his depth and ain't really got a clue what Celtic are about, this tinkering every game half way through the season too is mind boggling.
Motherwell are going to have a right good go at the wings and will probably score at least 2.
