It's a non story and would never happen as he is no where near good enough.

Pish bobo . yes you cuold ask anyone but the overwhwlming majority couldn't do that job. are drive. energy. Hard tackling hard working closing down mixing it with opponent's midfield not allowing them to bully overrun our midfield. are these not requirements a football team needs . I'd take a player like that in a heartbeat.

If that is the level of our ambition, we are not even standing still, we are regressing.
Our ambition needs to be and should be a level above what we currently have.
Devlin is another player who looks good in their respective team but would in no way improve Celtic imo.

Bobo I never mentioned or sdvocated signing him as an individual but signing a type/ syle like him. if you'd have went back to op and read it then you'll see no backpeddling but perhaps I should have written i"m not talking signing . devlin but i thoutght that was obvious .
dc yes his name started and was the introduction to the post but the post was not about him in particular i used his name from for psibilility of signing a certain syle / type of player . and you needed that cleared up . ????

Troy. McCowan has done ok for us, he hasn't been brilliant.
In fairness he wasn't given much game time by BR but when he starts a game, he doesn't get into it, he is much better when he comes on in last half an hour.
So yes, we even need better than McGowan.
