I think you'll find I called it on here before Nancy arrived that his favoured 3421 formation is trqsh and wouldn't work. I'm no fan of Nancy and can't see him lasting if he sticks with his formation as any half decent team will destroy us! We need rid of Nancy before DDD ( Whoever that it is) !
