Re. 'Sack the Board' advocates.
So DD feels under appreciated after presiding over umpteen domestic victories. Sells his shares to highest bidder. Americans? Chinese? who knows he can do what he wants. What makes you think a new board will make your dreams come true?
Could be a nightmare.
Tread carefully and consider well before
assuming the new owners will have the good of Celtic as their priority
and not big dividends.
{Ed007's Note - I'm a MASSIVE "Sack the Board" advocate who never in a million years thought or believed that anyone could, would or will force DD out - and I don't know anyone who did, the objective is to have people on the board and running things who will do it so thaT the Club reaches it's maximum potential.}

You wouldn't have to force him out. Just piss him off with constant criticism. That was the point in my post Ed. DD might love Celtic, but that is not always enough, he could just shrug and walk away. You think you can pick better Execs than me? Well now, on you go, I'm off to golf. Good luck.
{Ed007's Note - That's kind of the point, it shouldn't solely be up to DD who are the executives.}

He tries to convince himself and others that he is a true Celtic man with only the interests of the club at heart. I think he is a total despot who cares not a jot about our clubs potential on the pitch.
His priority is business and profit and he only oversees football matters when managers change. Absentee landlord who treats the support with contempt and the club as his pet poodle.

There's many on here who have been a Celtic supporter long enough to know the difference between a good board and a bad board.

Accountability, or the lack of it, is for me, one of the key factors with our board getting away with not maintaining the highest possible standards when running Celtic Football Club.

Sticking or twisting with DD reminds me of indref.
If you were happy with the status quo or too scared to take a chance you voted to remain but if you had had enough of the status quo you voted for independence. Yea it was a gamble as you were leaping into the unknown but for many it was a risk worth taking.

We know you are Ed, we all seen your "**** the meeting, resign" banner at the game you pinned up under their seats ?.
{Ed007's Note - My Uncle Peter wasn't impressed with me lol
