I see there was a late night protest outside Celtic Park last night
Myself I think this Board do not take any notice of how we fans feel, they only think Money, so do not give them any, No Merchandise sales, no Europa tickets bought, and saddens as I is to say, NO SEASON TICKETS BOUGHT until we are listened.
Money is all these Board members and DD care about, starve them of it.

Tim, starving them of money, means fans are not there to support the team, which will result in a further drop in performance, possibly losing the league and or cups.
I cannot see many fans agreeing to that.
I certainly would not want to do that.
Hurting the Manager and team who have nothing to do with this is not the way Celtic fans behave.

Im not supporting boycotting matches as you are right, it negatively affects the team but maybe short term pain will provide long term gain.
The only way to force change is to hurt them financially which unfortunately will hurt the club financially also.
There is no easy solution here but we the fans must keep pushing to get them out. Im sure there is a feasible solution out there to force change without negatively impacting the team, but i have no ideas how.
Desmond says he will never sell, but will he be bothered listening/ dealing with all the negativity, especially at his age? Probably not. If he steps down he will likely be replaced by the son, which i don't like the thought off either.

I have passed the angry stage and now have a feeling of apathy setting in.

Did someone on here not say that Desmond doesn't take any money out of the club?

I'm with you Derytim. Unless fans in large numbers boycott ST sales, we are stuck with the status quo. In that regard it's put up or shut up. The flip side, as has been said by others is better careful what you wish for.

I feel that any money with-held through whatever means will be a drop in the ocean to their salaries, dividends and whatever interest is accrued on the cash hordes in the bank.
Meanwhile on the pitch, we're struggling with two last gasp wins and a draw from last 3 league games and a disappointing EU night.
The Board are detached and far removed from the support and care nothing about the state of Celtic Park or the team on view, or their appointed manager who they disregard with contempt.
IMO, we are in a futile situation with no quick resolution with a worst case scenario of Celtic winning zero to signal serious repercussions, and even then it may only be managerial.

The board hate us and we hate them. The thing is they need us more than we need them.
