Any Manager who has a good record will not touch that job with a barge pole.

If your not a Rangurs man, the hordes will not want you in the first place, they will shout abuse at you, attack the bus your in, chase you from grounds and verbally abuse you in the media and in person.

The Scottish media will back stab you and deny doing it, ex-players will criticise you at every turn and some will try and steal your job, but to your face will say they are right behind you.

The fans need someone as entitled as them and that is wee Baz but there is no way the owners will go down that route as it will be admitting they were wrong taking in RM who they believed would transform the club.

I would love the scouse clown to come back but he couldn't wait to leave so cannot see him returning, especially with the players they have and no chance of spending more money.

It will probably be a currently unemployed EPL or EFL Manager as they won't want to spend money buying out a working Managers contract.

Apparently their CEO told Russell Martin to leave the dressing room and he addressed the players after the match.

That suggested to me that he was sacked just before that or just after that but certainly before he left the stadium.
