Another day passes with no new signings, i read the statements that have came out from the CSA and GB but I’ve got to be honest, no one should really believe that these statements will have any effect on how this board operates, I’ve got to say I’m not overly enamoured with MoN and he’s flippant responses to questions at the weekend, I also have to say I have zero faith that he would walk if the board continues to let him down. which leads me to ask… was it already agreed before he took the job that the squad would be decimated further of any residual quality (of which there is little imo) and would be packed with short term reinforcements and a cpl of longer term prospects to fill out the squad and accepting whatever this season may bring as we are undoubtedly going to need a new manager at the very latest next summer.

If we see no real improvement with regards incomings before the season opener it is surely the right thing to do to boycott the opener … live on TV for the world to see? Embarrassment is our only weapon against these parasites … they have the season book money and folk are still pouring cash into the club shop so money is clearly not an issue. I’m gutted as to how this is playing out… I know how we have operated for years but I sincerely thought things might change.

Franco, I mostly agree with you. However, MoN has come out and said we are not ready to compete. The man is no fool. I genuinely expect 2/ 3 signings this week, as well as out goings. If no movement, then I''m right with ya!

I'm certainly up for boycotting 1st game of season. At the moment I have zero motivation to go to games whilst we are showing zero ambition.
At the moment it looks like myself like many others have renewed believing there was going to be huge changes in our recruitment.

They've duped me this season but it won't happen again.
Would like to think there are 10's of thousands thinking along the same lines.

There’s no point boycotting a league match because they’ve already received their money for that game.

Boycotting the CL playoff match would be a massive statement from the Celtic supporters.
I reckon at least 10,000 fans will stay away from that game anyway because they refuse to give any extra money apart from their season ticket cash.

{Ed007's Note - C'mon Buzz, the Cl game is a month away, any talk of boycotting that game just now is ludicrous.}

I think it would send a strong message if huge numbers stayed away from opening league match. This game has historically been a guaranteed 60k sell out.
