O'Neill will sign year contract keane will come in as assistant he will do the coaching side and oneill will be the gaffer over seeing it all and be the motivator the experienced head. then keane will get the gig full time the season after. good combo i'm happy with that.

Totally underwhelming.
MON should walk away with his head held high. Why he would want to stay after dross signed in January is beyond me.
Will summer be any better? Highly doubt it but live in hope.
As for Keane, if he was anything but Irish he would be nowhere near the job, wins a couple of lesser leagues but lost out in a one horse race with a club similar to Dundee.

Board want MON with Robbie Keane as his number 2 then take over next summer. 2 sticking points are that Keane doesn’t want to be number 2 after being a number 1 in Hungary and MON wants to keep Maloney as his number 2.
50/ 50 whether it’ll happen or not.
That’s just what he told me but can’t say how true it is or isn’t.

Agree 88, don't want Keane but looking like it. is he capable off attracting a good calibre am not so sure, he signed the CF we wer supposedly interested in so mb he can attract players, time will tell if appointed.

Not overwhelmed with Keane tbh surely there is better, more experienced managers about. Especially in a season with a massive rebuild required, that takes time to gel at the best of times. Still somewhat a bit of a rookie and only managed at a low level. Having said that if it is to be Keane hopefully he brings that Kovacevic with him.

The Celtic board don't seem to understand a significant element of the Celtic support.
Robbie Keane is not liked due to managing in Israel. He is seen as a sell out and will not be accepted at Celtic Park by a section of the fans and they are the most vocal and fanatical.
