Apparently agreed terms. He's 5'8" box to box midfielder. Know nothing about him.
Maeda has apparently been sold for 10m, 8m up front and 2m in add-ons.
Not sure if that's a good price or Ipswich have a bargain. Had we kept him to run down his contract, he may have played like he did for 85% of last season and we would have regretted not selling him.
Wish him all the luck and success, on the whole he did well for us.
He will be playing at the foot of the PL and probably Championship next season but its what he wants, so I hope it works out for him.

I regret not selling him last season and if this price is true then it shows how badly our hierarchy performed in the transfer market.

Baur looks a tidy player. Looks like he would suit the Hatate role more than anything. A bit more active all round than Reo too going by data. Some highlights on the wing didn't look too great but versatile nonetheless if needed to cover.

It's a platform for a bigger team ( than ioswich) who look down on spl to evaluate him and tgen make a move for him. and if he plays at his best he'll get that. also read someone on you tube describe baur as a 3rd rate hatate.

Celtic got the bargain 3 years ago when they signed Maeda for 1mil (can’t mind) and sells for 8/ 10mil with 1 year left on a contract, Celtic got the bargain, nobody else.
Not the best football player, terrible finisher and only offers closing down, if that’s how far football has came, to just want that from a player, that’s quite bad.
