Apparently Iheanacho has agreed a deal with Bursaspor in Turkey. Can't really blame him as it's apparently a 3 year deal and he was only getting another year out of us.

Official now. Thankfully we've got everything under control and its easier to deal with out of contract players.

Wonder how MON feels now with him saying he wants and is confident Ineacheo be in soon, i think Edd is right sumit is brewing behind the scenes, they shouldn't be treating MON like that unless he knows everything that's going on.

It’s the secrets that are killing everyone. Nothing has and will ever change with that load of idiots in charge.
How can we possibly be 3 weeks away from our first game and signed 1 new player. It’s unbelievable really.

He had an offer,
Didn’t merit a longer offer from us,
And has chosen a different option, prob correct one for him, the narrative is valid but not sure in this particular case it is,

We're off the tail end of a record revenue, Have about £70m sat in the bank, set to bring in tens of millions through player sales, season tickets fully sold out again, the potential to bag a further £40m with CL qualification (no laughing at the back) and we can't even secure a deal for a player that had a years option on his contract. If we thought the 90's was bad then what is even this? I personally wasn't thrilled with the signing to begin with, he did a job albeit with the fitness levels comparable to myself. Wasn't keen on keeping him on either due to said fitness levels and would rather someone that can give us the full 90mins when called upon.
But this is absolutely pathetic from Mickey. When you think the guy can't do any worse he takes it up another level. MoN wanted Iheanacho and the board have failed him. Mickey is totally out of his depth and needs dismissed immediately. Again you can't blame Iheanacho, they let his contract run out, left it way too long to trigger that one year, he probably didn't feel wanted. Although he's not short of a few quid he wouldn't want to be sat around earning f. a when he can get paid elsewhere. Has to be said, swiftly done by Bursaspor. Our board should take note on getting deals over the line when the wages on offer are less than other interested parties!

seems the boy who plays in Italy being spoke about Bakker. hardly kicked a ball a bit injury prone. seems tailor made for us bit like the one we signed from Ajax when Lennon was in charge I think.

John, the secrets I am talking about go far deeper than transfers. The lack of transparency, the lack of action, ambition, communication. The list goes on. Time and time again we are left hanging with what’s going on at the club. Something is a miss.
It’s truly shocking to me and many other fans.

there could be 500m in the bank it makes no difference, it can't just be spent on players due to sustainability rules.
money should have been spent over the years on the squad, training ground and stadium.
too happy being just ahead of nearest challenge on the home front and anything else is a bonus.
no serious money will be spent until huge sales made.

To think there has been debate for years with Celtic competing in the premierleague. "If we had their money we would win the league in 5 years" not with these risk adverse clowns in charge ?.
