I’m happy enough with the appointment because it won’t make the divide in the camp any worse for the time being.
It’s a stepping stone in the right direction and it gives the Board more time to get the right Manager for the next 3 to 5 years after Martin.
I’m just glad it wasn’t Robbie because I couldn’t be bothered listening to all the drama his appointment would bring.

I’m a big fan of MON but the board have already let him down in January.
I get the benefits of having him stay and and if he is backed and better players are identified then great.

Delighted with that. He almost gave us a treble last season, was brilliant in Europe too. Proper time to recruit will make it better for him too. If he didn't think his health was up to it, he wouldn't do it. The players wanted him to stay too. Onwards!

It’s only Martin because the board can’t do there jobs and Desmond obviously wasn’t convinced keane would accept the nonsense Brendan did he obviously asked for assurances of transfer budget I hope Martin given money otherwise it will end in tears but he shouldn’t be picking the players we sign if January is anything to go by! he did say he wasn’t interested in a project and that to me says he wants ready made players those cost money so it’s all on desmond now Martin as much as I love him sticks up for the board I pray that we get moving now on signings and outgoings c'mon Celtic get it sorted.

No statement yet from the club to confirm but if it’s true then I agree with everything you say buzz. Hopefully they also use this season to fix things in the boardroom.

The better of the two options and hopefully just a for a year to maintain continuity.
I still cannot reconcile the fact that they were our only options.
However I will give him and the team my ull backing and just hope they give him what he needs to be successful and not try and get him to manage the squad we have through another season.
