Reports, (likely nonsense) linking us with Bowie again, with 10-figure transfer fee. Can't see us paying that but he would have been worth taking a chance on at £5-6m last year!
Why do we constantly repeat these errors? Should have snapped up Just in January and I would test Hearts resolve with a bid for Braga before he goes elsewhere and doubles his value in 6 months. Guys like this are not gambles to me as they've more than proved themselves in our league and could flourish in a better Celtic team.
Buy a mixture of youth with potential to profit on but also more seasoned players, (like Braga) who could serve us for years.

Johnny kenny has a better averge than bowie. is bowie worth 13 million? Imo no. couple million I would have taken a gamble.

Bowie ain't worth 13m but I don't see anybody willing to pay a fraction of that for Kenny who's nowhere near good enough, he got plenty of games last year and struggled.

Kenny is atrocious any other nationality and he would be getting panned by all.
He has his chance and was not good enough, found his level at Bolton and best of luck to him wherever he ends up.

Helped Bolton win promotion to championship scoring 6 goals and 3 assists in 14 appearances, or 9 goal involvement in 14 games. Maybe if he was a other nationality some people would be less harsh on him. If we had have had him playing regularly instead of cvancara opinions of him might be higher.

With Kenny, I think the jersey just weighs to heavy and that’s ok that happens with some players they just can’t handle the pressure of playing for our great club and leave and become good players elsewhere he was a Desmond signing anyway so who really cares we need champions league level players Kenny won’t cut it at that level so best he goes back to the English 3rd tier and Bowie isn’t the answer either.

Bowie at £6 million was high for me, Bowie at £13 million will be a no. He hasn’t improved that much in 6 months.
