Realistically, is 'Sack the Board' even a thing? DD is major shareholder, puts in place those he feels will run the Club the way he wants. His top employees are accountable to DD not the fans.
When was a Board ever sacked en-masse (not bought out) ? Fans can communicate their dissatisfaction regarding team performance, manager tactics, transfers in/ out etc, but none of these issues will 'Sack a Board'.

You're right; the Board can't be sacked and could only be deposed by a takeover like when Fergus McCann and Co during an absolute crisis.
The current Board are running an efficient - profit making - business but appear incompetent and amateurish on the football side.
Their 'ambitions and objectives' will never match that of any decent manager, player - and definitely not supporter.
Far too content to count the cash than strive to grow and improve. All because of a certain 5-way-agreement, with shackles attached instead of strings.

They couldn't care less how we do on the pitch.
Their only interest is continuously adding to the stockpile of cash they have stashed somewhere.
You are correct though, the buck must stop with Desmond and no one else. he's the one needing removed.
Lawwell, nicholson etc are puppets of his and do what he says.
They are in the position they are because the are "Yes men"
Thats seemingly why Dom Mckay walked away, he wouldn't follow through with Desmonds dirty tactics and actually wanted to progress the football club.
Desmond holds all the cards and yeilds too much power. He is the clubs biggest problem.
