PLZ Soccer (whoever that is) reporting that Nancy has a 01st December 2025 start date.
They say it could be sooner if 4 of his backroom staffs contracts are agreed, sooner rather than later.

And who exactly are we going to sign in the window and who's in charge considering we just lost je Lefevre and have 0 recruitment team apart from tisdale who has so far delivered 0 players apart from ones who can't make the matchday squad this is a farce.

I'm with you celtic65,
I see this as a quick appointment by the board as opposed to the best appointment.
I hope I'm wrong and Nancy comes in and is able to play the Celtic way, win matches, win trophies and built a right good side worthy of the jersey.
Time will tell.

He may turn out to be a breath of fresh air and offer up a system the other teams can't handle, like Ange did. If it works with the low block then it will be good enough domestically. The concern with the system is we will be square pegging round holes with what's left with the squad. Also Scales has been in great form this season I just hope it doesn't unravel all his hard work. I'd rather he was the middle of the 3 CBs. I'm not clued up on how he likes the 2 behind the striker to play, are they CAM or do they need to offer width too like a winger and play both roles? Also the thing with playing wing backs is teams play the long diagonal ball and take them out the game and expose the CBs with their wingers.
This may not affect us too much domestically but in Europe with better quality wingers this could be damaging. I'm still holding out hope he's going to deliver an exciting brand of football to watch.
