Imagine you're the Celtic board.
You've just monumentally botched the transfer window, again. You've failed to bring in the players needed for the Champions League qualifiers, and in doing so, you've alienated a massive section of the support. The fanbase is furious, open letters are flooding in, and the calls for transparency and accountability are louder than ever.
So, what do you do?
Option A:
You hold your hands up. You organise a meeting with fan representatives, explain what went wrong, outline the actual recruitment strategy (if there is one) , and commit to real transparency and accountability moving forward.
Or Option B:
You panic. You throw a Hail Mary by trying to sign a permanently-injured Patrick Bamford, further infuriating the support and proving, once again, that lessons are never learned.
If I were a betting man, I know where my money's going. Firmly on B. ?.

The players were already there for the qualifiers. If the players weren't coached to pass sideways and backwards we might of created the chance to win the tie no bother!
I watched videos of Tounekti taking on his man, beating him, hitting the bye line etc but I guarentee you he'll be passing back to Schmeichel in no time!

Celtic have obviously jumped in with 2 feet to get Iheanacho included in time for our Europa League Squad.
But I think Brendan might have been shocked to see the condition Iheanacho is in.
I’m only going with the horrendous recent videos I’ve seen of him.
He looked overweight and didn’t look like he could get close to scoring a goal.
( Maybe Iheanacho has got himself fitter over the summer months )
The whole thing is a disgrace especially when Miovski was available for under £3M and then we allow our rivals to buy him.
I don’t think Brendan wanted Miovski which I’m sure he’s now regretting with the strikers he’s been left with.
It’s got to the stage -
Bring in the free agents and see what sticks.
But those wages will now cost a fortune due to the incompetence of who has made a mess of this transfer window.

Our new left winger on Sunday- al give him a pass 1st game - good grief he wasn't taking anyone on, what was the point on him being on the park! 2nd half mcgregor could have easily passed it to our right winger, passed it to ccv, then immediately pointed to ccv to pass it to . our right winger.

Has the Celtic board really botched up the window, Or did the board have a plan in there minds not wanting to go too far Infront of Sevco? Has that been there plan all along? Just enough to win the league but not to far as to make the league look one horse race. Europe? Does that even come into their thoughts?

Many Celtic fans don’t think the Board has monumentally blotched the transfer window and CL qualification.
Many blame the fans who followed BR public crit and ridicule of Board which led to frequent chants of sack the Board and the board contemplating want to do next in their approach to signing players . Many Board members wanted to stop our buying but because Celtic Board had. Spent a lot of money last season to please BR and fans and similarly with K T . They decided to do their best.

Sack the board chants have been non existant for years that just started after the cl disaster, because fans could see the way the board were going, anybody defending that board have lost the plot, it seems like every supporters club in the world has signed the open letter they can't all be wrong.

He's told to cut back and take the safe option slip anchor. I'd rather lose the ball trying a defense splitting pass than have 75% possession because we've knocked it about the back line all game??.
