Despite the apologies from the forum's board apologists (one of whom did make some decent points while missing the big picture ) which appears to divide the support it's an absolute $h*t show. A week before deadline for qualifiers and nae wingers or first choice striker. Kyogo, Khun and Jota yet to be replaced.
The problem is systemic. We're caught between a board who doesn't have a recruitment strategy (or the personnel to implement one if we did) befitting of the club and a coach who's forte isn't spotting talent (and with an ego that won't allow him to admit that or play 'club signings'. ) . I'm not fan of Rodgers as a person and not even that daft on his football as a manager but he's tried to fill that void himself and failed because it isn't his bag hence question marks over the £30m signings last season. It's a catch 22. I wouldn't give Rodgers another £30m either to find the right players and the club can't do the job any better. This could be the season that the Celtic board's incompetence meets the Hu* 49s Leeds and Tony Bloom at Hearts Brighton data analysis and recruitment capability which might just be the perfect storm. It would be hard to believe Bloom and the 49rs could be any more out their depth than the Celtic board.

Unless something changes in the next 10 days or so, I feel the fans will let the board know their feelings big time!
We are short in every part of the team. I have said before we need 5 signings into the first team to make us a good team.
I don’t buy into the excuse we are waiting until we qualify…. we have in the past but not now…. Have we not got £70 m in the bank to cover us for 1 missed year in CL…. That’s what was said last year.
According to Brendan today. No new signings on the horizon.
This is only headed in on e direction and it’s not going to look pretty…. I feel we are a matte rod eeeks away from the fans letting the board feel the heat.

We are already 2 points ahead in one horse race! Didn't see the fans on Sunday venting their frustrations?
Everyday we read amounts people state we have in the bank and everytime the amount is different. One thing for sure is though is not one of the panty wetters has a clue!

Shin Yamada - yet to play in a competitive match for Celtic.

Regardless of the figure what's not in doubt is that the club are cash rich. The performance so far in the window has been atrocious.

Beyond strengthening the team, if (and it's an if as we're not privy to inner sanctum conversations) there is a rift between BR and the Board where there's a trust issue on both sides, this is going to be a long, painful season for us. BR doesn't look happy when he's being interviewed. If true, this will affect the team. We will have a better idea at the end of the Window.

the last time the board did a number on BR, he walked.
Given what's taken place during this transfer window and BR's most recent interviews, there's a sense of Dejavu as our board seem to enjoy playing 'Russian roulette' from a position of strength.
I sincerely hope that I'm wrong, and this whole scenario can get back on track, if not, BR will be gone before the next transfer window and we could be watching the 'COVID season' on repeat.

Mally I haven't said this has been a great window. Like I said to you nobody can state this has or hasn't been a great window until we see if the signings work out or not. People only state that this has been a terrible window because we haven't signed players they've heard of or we haven't spent over x amount on a player.
I wanted Yamada to start based on what I'd seen of him and being at home would've been a great way to integrate him into the team as home games are usually easier. We all to see the new signings in competitive action asap.
We ultimately won the game so we can't argue with the manager's decisions!

I haven't seen Bhoy88 previous comments except one today and last night which you wrote off as "bollocks". Upping it today about being punched is pathetic to be honest.
I've been around cases of one punch deaths and it is brutal. Throwing rubbish around like that because someone has a different view about a board of directors, that doesn't give any of us a second thought is ridiculous. Catch yourself on.

Without doubt it’s laughable how a few Celtic fans think by non stop criticism and ridicule of our Board will make the Board buy better and more suitable players.
Our Board ignores this small fraction of our support.
In our competitive football this season it was brilliant to see and hear the wonderful support given to team.

As well as the enemy from outside the club who like nothing better than to pour scorn against our club and the Religion many of us belong to . We also seem to have people from within our fan base sneering at what of us feel strong about
