Do our players shoulder any responsibility at all for the recent defeats? Is there never a point in the game where pro players realises 'this is not working' and just go flat out to win? Most have been playing for at least 10 years and some even longer.

Defo four leaf some of the mistakes against hearts from the players was a joke, hearts stole that game and weren't the better being behind at cp and crowd getting frustrated the players shrank, probably done same yesterday but yest st Mirren where a lot more convincing than hearts, Roma performance from tonetki Nygren weren't poor because of manager ask, was just poor, so definitely but manager is piling pressure on them with joke of a system.

None of them at present are worthy of putting on a Celtic jersey.

I think that is part of the problem. In other systems they can hide. A good example is under Rodgers system, a dodgy pass from midfield to maeda doesn't get noticed because of maeda's pace. In nancy system from what I've seen we get punished more.

The players have missed good chances too, maeda Hetate Engels Nygren all missed straightforward chances. If half of those go in I'm sure we would be looking at everything a different way.

The players are stuck in a difficult position. They need to follow the managers instructions even if they don't agree with them or the manager won't play them.

It is not the players who think it is a good idea to only have 1 at the back and leave the defenders and goal keeper exposed. It is not the players who decided to play themselves out of position or change every few minutes. It is not the players who created this toxic atmosphere at the club.

Yes they are underperforming but there are many contributing factors causing that. As Martin O'Neil showed us, it is not the players that are the problem.

Our players are nowhere near the level they should be. Under MON they showed character but it has been a long time since we played nice offensive football.

The loss of MOR really hit the team but then Kyogo left and we never replaced them. We then lost the 6 month wonder from our right wing, Khun, again not replaced.

Since then we huffed and puffed but hit no real form.

Moral was low when MON left and it hasn't come back up.

In fact watching the players after the final, how they reacted to WN and how he was with them, it worries me that he may have lost them already.

I wonder what mutterings there have been in the board room, are they happy with their choice, can they see this appointment working, because I can't at this point.

The ignorance shown by the manager in deploying his own style of play amongst players whom have already shown a lack of quality and confidence this season is so naive and reckless!

The board must also realise from the interviewing process that his ideas must of been risky given the current playing squad, regardless of those missing out injured.

I don't for one minute think we have a terribly poorly playing squad, its certainly not brilliant, but domestically it shouldn't struggle the way it did yesterday, that for me is definitely tactics.

The optics of the previous 3 games have been rank rotten, and if its not put right soon all sorts of carnage will unravel.

Who would be interested in coming to our club the way it is?

Recruitment poor, new managers tactics poor, the boards lack of ambition, its not great.

MON shouldve been brought into the hierarchy in some sort of role to help progress the club, the board surely realise they need to bring in new ideas.

I honestly think the way you see some people getting into footballing roles of recent its as if they hand out qualifications for nothing.

One final point is managers like Stephen Robinson, full of passion, working with a mediocre budget, yet does wonders with what he's got to work with, would never likely be given the opportunity to manage a club like ours due to snobbery, even though he's proved himself, especially in Scotland, and he deserved that win yesterday!

The squad is very poor even by SPL standards. We genuinely have about six or seven Celtic class players and half of them are injured. There is a massive job to do but do they stick or twist with the manager, that's the big problem. If WN stays I believe we will end up without a trophy this season which would be shocking.
