If our ED007 will allow me I want to highlight something when you have a critical illness
I said in an earlier post I felt so angry when I received some news about my blood and scan results which were not as good as I had hoped, I had come to terms with my illness and followed all the hospital instructions and seemed to be on the way to recovery, THEN Consultant told me of the test results, I got ANGRY not with doctors but with the world, I went into self pity mode and kept asking "why ME" I also took my anger out on Mrs T and Ghirls, I was WRONG
So two weeks down the line, MORE tests but this time a bit better, giving me HOPE and my attitude has changed also as has my mood which has lifted.
As for Mrs T I sent her a nice bouqet as an apology
Both Ghirls got chocolates and money for putting up with my moaning and I have an extra surprise planned for all 3 at Christmas
All I want to try and say when battling an illness, you are going to have good and bad times but do NOT do what I foolishly did and push family away, It is not their fault I am ill, accept all the help they are willing to give you
End of lecture, normal service will resume shortly HH.
{Ed007's Note - Timbo, I kind of guessed something wasn't right when you said you were taking a break from the forum - after all these years, the ups n downs, we've had blazing rows with each other but we never fall out and you keep posting away.
