I think most of the team deserve plus marks today but for me there is one glaring issue. Tounetki playing on the left has basically no end product. His attempted crosses with his left foot were abysmal and given Maeda is also more effective on the left, we really need to switch these two.
My other observation was the game seemed to be crying out for Luke McGowan, who is excellent at finding space and looking after the ball. I was gutted to see Hatate replace Nygren when I was hoping to see McGowan.
As a team, we really need to finish teams off when dominating the game. Instead we seem to think it's job done as soon as we go in front. It's not good for my blood pressure!

I said to my wife after only 5 minutes we needed to swap wings which I expected to happen at time.
The Sevco CB on the right side was hopeless and Maeda would've run riot because Tav was no help to him.
I wasn't confident going shouting for the whole second half to get Tounekti off and Forrest on.
Maeda finally on the left and Forrest on the right.
Tounekti had millions of room but done Nothing with it. Very poor.

Was saying exact same thing during the game MiB about our wide men swapping and getting McCowan on.
While I agree with all the plaudits aimed at MoN I think the reason they had a decent second 45 mins was mainly because MoN didn't set us up properly to deal with what 'toilet' Rohl was trying with his 10 men.
They were still throwing players forward and were therefore seriously exposed in midfield and at the back and we should have punished that.
That said what a bloody great day… beating the zombies and the cheating establishment ?.

Maeda's crosses from the left aren't better than Tounetki's. For me Maeda on the right allows him to be on his strongest foot and make more use of his pace.

Delighted with the 8verall result obviously and there's clearly been a positive shift in intensity. But that game yesterday was as frustrating as owt for me. Mainly Tounekti's decision making/ end product. He had the better of his man and that Djiga was awful but he just couldn't get the final ball right.
It wasn't just him. Had it not been for sloppiness in the final third we should have been a few up but we allowed them to get a sniff.

Balikwisha is woeful. Young Donny moves in front of him all day long. We need to look at moving Balikwisha's on. I called it before he arrived with just his youtube bestbits, where he looked exactly as bad as he is for us now.
We shoukd yavecscored 8, neverca penalty and if Trusty is a red card, Cornelious on Kenny was six months on remand. We shouk demand an explanation of that.
