Celtic are reported to be actively pursuing 19-year-old PSV midfielder Joël van den Berg, and Dutch outlet Voetbal International reports that a Celtic delegation is already in Eindhoven to discuss the transfer.
Yves Bissouma has emerged as a potential Celtic target after leaving Tottenham.
