Is the Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain deal on or off, I have read things that says it hit a problem and other things saying is happening today. Ed do you have any info on this move that you can share.
{Ed007's Note - AOC was due up yesterday but they were still negotiating terms, looks like it's all sorted and he will probably sign later today.

Brilliant thank you so much Ed, another question not about football, but if I use a vpn can the company that's i am watching know that I am using a vpn.
{Ed007's Note - I'm pretty sure a VPN gives you total anonymity mate. Other folk on here will know more about it than me.....

A believe a company can work out if you are on a VPN by your keystroke speed. I was reading about it as a few fed employees were caught logging in from overseas saying they were here in the US. It would take a concerted effort to spot though. Just saying like.

Your internet provider can see that you use a VPN but can't see what you connect to as the traffic is encrypted. For privacy reasons alone, you should use a VPN in my opinion.
Mean to add that some cons keep a track of what you are doing and I believe the law can access it upon request. However, many of the do t log what is being done, you want to use those ones. Just Google VPN provider. if you are not sure if they keep your data.

Agree with Weejoe,
think of a VPN like a private road that only you can drive down.

I appreciate Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, like every player, is a gamble.
As his contract is only until the end of the season and with our midfield needing all the help it can get, I think he's worth a punt.
We've brought in a player, who, in terms of ability and experience, has been there, done it and got the winners medals to back it up.
He could prove to be the difference between a draw and 3 points in a tight game or provide that wee bit of quality when required, against the likes of Sevco.
MON wanted him, that's good enough for me.
HH the 'Ox'.

A VPN is good enough for most purposes, but it doesn't provide anonymity to a determined service provider, much less a determined law enforcement regime. TOR is a far better alternative for anything beyond disguised log-ins, but its slow to load and traffic is slow, too.
If privacy is what you're after, that's what you need, and not perfect. Don't assume that your behaviour over VPN can't be sussed out or compromised.
