At what point, should there be a boycott off a game.
Obviously there are fans that would never miss a game but there are also fans at breaking point.
The club are absolutely ripping the piss.
So we won another title. Great we day.
But the board are absolutely at it.
Basically no coaching staff, players that we are getting linked with have Basically been on the radar for the last 2 windows.
Can you imagine the team if the board actually backed a manager.
We are starting preseason with JK and CO as our strikers. Lol.
I used to say the club will be working away getting all the targets lined up.
But after the last 3,4 windows that clearly isn't the case.

Someone please make sense of what they are doing.
Shambles.

I don’t think there shd b a boycott of games, yes protest against board, no buy no gear is a good example, but we are supporters and shd always back the team hh.

As I said some fans will never boycott. And that's ok. however sometimes it calls for extreme actions to make long term decisions to take the club to the next level.
Can you imagine how much further a head we would be if the board had backed the likes of a BR type manager.
They are stock piling loads of money while the standard of football and player recruitment is leveling up our team with the rest of the league, or should I say leveling down our team.
The not another penny campaign isn't working. The amount of people walking around with the new top for example proves that.

And I must say, this board and DD doesn't need to be replaced if they would just improve the football department but they clearly not going to do that.
Just because we are winning titles doesn't mean we can't improve.
As a Celtic fan I sacrifice a lot to make the game probably like most of us.
I have YOPD and things in my life are changing but the one thing I will always have is celtic.
All I ask of this board is to back the team.
Because the first season we don't win the league they will have more than just fans boycotting a game to worry about.

If this board could get away with no money be spent and bring in the youth it would clearly have happened years ago.
I would take the opposite of your view and scrap the academy.
With the rule change the English teams are snooping around any decent young player in Scotland and there cash is king.

Off a game?

22 Jun 2026 10:12:33
Boycotts will never happen because there will always be fans wanting to go games.

22 Jun 2026 10:13:10
As a few have said Aindoh our youths are honking.

Everyone loves a young player making the grade but we don’t seem to bring them through or we are just really poor at spotting the ones that are good enough.

Jungle let’s wait until there is games before we talk about boycotts.

22 Jun 2026 12:19:45
Think Teirney was last youth to b a success, ano Doak has potential to b there but not yet so apart fr9m 2 past 10yr a can't think of anyone else, so obviously our youth set up n recruitment needs addressed.

The preseason matches with Milan and Middlesbrough are an ideal target for a boycott to let the board know that the fans aren’t effing about.

If they don’t take notice the collective should call for a boycott on HCTS and Europe games.

Why bother if the board won’t.

Yep, a no show for pre season overpriced tat would give them a sign of things to come.
