I know it’s crying over spilled milk, but the damage done by Nancy was outrageous now everyone’s played same amount of games, should have a cup, and be about 6 clear (6 is being generous and that’s with this squad ) not to mention who we might have signed had mon had time to prepare for window.

Complete shambles of a process Jaa. I don't know anyone that didn’t see this coming with Nancy.
His record was poor. He was clueless and that was clear after a couple of games.
MON is a legend and I hope he somehow wins this league as it would be a disgrace if this club allow his last year to be such a failure.
When I say failure it relates to the club really as his own record is good.

despite how poor and weak this current Celtic team is, had 'Nancygate' never happened and MON had continued as manager, 6 points better off and the LC safely in the trophy cabinet at CP is more than fair.
One thing it did do was to show up this board/ DD's poor decision making and reckless stewardship of our club, just how far those decisions will negatively impact our season. is yet to unfold.
Mismanagement and self harm of the highest level.

Failures not end of world, its how we react, strengthen or accept falling behind, we didn’t do things better, and I can admit guilt that I and lots others didn’t push for any change while winning,

While it was not the end of the world it has done our club a lot of damage.
We let our rivals get close to us and possibly overtake us.
We fractured our support.
We destroyed any semblance of a recruitment department we had.
We may have cost ourselves a European place next season, which would be massive catastrophe.
We have made a huge dent in our revenue, which is going to lead to cuts
We have created a civil war in our fanbase and against the board.
We have drove fans away from the club as they have had enough of this pish.

I think recruitment was damaged so badly by that so called guru that the board put in place.
