Their Arrogance knows no bounds
When the cup draw was made, I think most of us Celtic fans thought that will be a hard difficult tie
Not your average sevvie, they think the cup is already Govan bound as is the SPFL, their over confidence is palpable, they forget past cup ties, I remember last time they were due to play Celtic twice in a week, and they were all CHEERING live on television when Celtic came out. But the reality was Celtic WON both games easily
Celtic fans are realists, sevvies are dreamers.

Tim; It still angers me that it was us that created this whole situation, between the 1-3 game thrown away under Nancy and the combined points dropped under his tenure. MON has had to try and salvage the season (twice) , for a second time with a threadbare squad and a handful of loanees.
We will really need all his experience and nous, plus all their complacency combined to succeed.

I would suggest their arrogance Tim is in no small part due to the confidence they have in the match day officials constantly doing them a turn. They have probably benefited to the tune of 12 or so points this season so far and it won’t change so long as we stay silent. If I were them I would be arrogant as well.

The Sevco fans cheered when they got Celtic in the SC.
The following week we went to Ibrox and won 3-2 with 10 men.
That was the last time we were allowed in the Broomloan Road Stand after our 4th consecutive victory at Ibrox and scoring 12 goals.
The following month Celtic played them in the Scottish Cup and also the League within a fortnight and we hammered them a combined 9-0.
That was the only 2 games Russell Martin played against Celtic and he seen us clinch another title.

The leagues only tight because of mismanagement by our board which has cost us 12 points, and clearly not investing in Jan mvuka obviously is struggling amadu looks poor and the young cb not been seen, but surely they could have spent a few quid on a midfielder that stevie wonder could see we needed.

There 3-1 win will give them confidence. That said our recent performances have done nothing to suggest they should be worried.
Let them get carried away and if we can get 2 wins then happy days. I’d be happy if we got two last minute winners as well.

The self inflicted damage this season is 12 points and a league cup.
The SC and the treble at the end of last season as well as a first team squad desperately lacking in quality.

Their arrogance and confidence will hopefully be their downfall. Yes we will have to be at our best to get anything from snake mountain. But am confident that martin will get us a result.
Bringing Chamberlain in could be a master stroke as the guy is a class act and with him and calmac in midfield together makes us a hell of a lot stronger in midfield.
