DD, reading regards mon having that second discussion with dd about return, mon holds him in high regard, it seemed that was definitely the case also at some point with br, is his problem that he then floats away and leaves them with others, I've said before entire change and it's possible disruption risk and downfalls doesn't sit well with me, If we have someone at top that builds trust and relationships with managers like br and mon then hopefully that can continue with a revamp and reform of those he leaves the managers with day to day, his son for me had a shocker at agm, very reactive but I can see why he felt attacked, it's just how he reacted was soooo poor, should have sat and took what was coming, then said his piece and asked for unity, most afterwards would have been exactly same,

BR is all about BR, he is all about self promotion but he won us a shed load of trophies and yes he worked his ticket but by his own admission, Celtic players and managers are on a 3 year rotation before it gets stale.
We owe him a lot of thanks but we were on the slide with him in charge a lot of that was down to him not getting his way, even though by his own admission he rubber stamped all signings, he wanted to spend bigger on better players.
When the club didn't play ball he started taking swipes at the club.
Hew left at the right time and the right decision was to take MON in to steady the ship but their decision not to keep him was probably one of the worst in our history.
Hopefully the board have learned and in future will be more professional when it comes to getting in managers and players and have a real succession plan in place or we will be in a revolving door of success followed by implosion.
We can never be in the position again where we sell our best players because we get good offers without first having replacements in place and not replacements of the standard we have had over the last few windows.
