I mostly blame the Celtic Board for being complacent and underestimating our opponents.
But Brendan needs to share that blame with his European record.
Brendan has taken Celtic on 30 European trips as our Manager.
Celtic have only scored more than One goal 5 times in 30 games.
14 out of those 30 games we Failed to score and 11 games Celtic have scored only One goal.
It was obvious watching on Tuesday that we don’t create enough chances in Europe away from home under Brendan and that’s concerning.

Anyone that's been a Celtic fan for more than 5 years know exactly how our board work.
They will not risk spending money whilst we are going through qualifying, once we know exactly what competition we are in is when we see what money and kind of players we will bring in.
Now we know we are playing in the second competition we will move from our A list to our B list.
It's been that way for years and as long as the current board/ major share holders in place, it will always be this way.

Even worse now Averdeen and likely Hibs won't have any European football at all Kwaj. And you see teams like Shelbourne and Shamrock Rovers on the cusp of qualifying just shows how much the other Scottish clubs let the coefficient down. It shouldn't always be down to the Glasgow teams. You get certain English teams have one season in Europe and their coefficient seeding is higher than us because of the large chunk they get from other English participants. The national side is an absolute joke as well. The nation can't even produce a half decent ST or CB.

Maybe the criteria for being an expert authority on all things Celtic is supporting the club for 5 years or more .
