My Wife is doing her usual Republican March today in Coatbridge on the July 12th, who would have thought.
I'm out the back with a carry out with Celtic Flags and Scarfs on our washing line.
There's nobody over the back from us and all our Neighbours are Tims.

2.5 hour turbo trainer session in the morning with 2x 32” fans full on - probably the most enjoyable part of the day ?
Melting in the afternoon doing some paving and gardening at the folks.
Going out for dinner and a couple of beers later ?.

No. Going to do Rome Marathon next year so just getting myself to a state of fitness that most of it will be an enjoyable stroll looking at the sights ?.

Was at my young brothers in Langloan buzz. Tricolour bunting out on all lampposts. I remember years ago I used to get on the Phil Cole bus as a kid if I'd missed a lift at the big tree or barnyard. Great bunch of guys!

Dusting the bagpipes down for the next Larkhall/ Stonehouse walk. Try out a few Irish jigs and reels to drown out the sh*te that doesn't fit in with my kind of sounds.
