Not sure I get your point here, other than Osmand I don't see the others as being "young" in terms of professional footballers. May just be me though. plus the chairman is just a figure head, won't be involved in signings.

I have no problems taking on a couple of promising young players that we can either develop for ourselves or to sell later for profit. What we need right now are players that can compete at a certain level now. That hasn't happened yet but it needs to. We can't gamble that we have enough to qualify for the Champions League proper before spending money on those type of players.
