Maybe in a minority here but do we think we should be actively looking to get someone as Calmac's replacement? Great servant to the club but maybe his best days are behind him ?.

Av been hardh on Calmac past cpl seasons especially in Europe and a still stand by what a say, he needs to be dropped which won't happen but a think its kick up backside he might need.

Calmac is a must for the big games but we need to start managing him better, there are games we shouldn't need him to win.

To say he hasn't been at his best the last few years is just nonsense. As Mally says we are not the same team without him.
If he is playing well, we play well.
That is what makes it difficult to find a replacement who can do what he does and fits into how BR wants us to play, without paying silly money.

IMO Engels is well suited to the Calmac role and could develop into a top class DM.

Maeda, huge swathes of the fan base agree that McGregor needs his playing time managed more efficiently. Why is he playing in Scottish Cup games against league 2 sides? There is absolutely no reason for him to play and can be given a rest. His performances were average at best with 1 or 2 belters per season in the past few years.
He’s gone missing in all of the rangers games last season too.
