From the youtube videos of Inamura he looks looks a patient CB who doesn't dive in and likes to stand his man up and tackle only when he thinks he has a clear chance of winning the ball.

I agree, he looks like a promising player. He can hit accurate long passes and when he does tackle, he doesn't hold back.
Be interesting where BR is thinking of playing him, LB or LCB.

He’s already said he’s not first team ready, it looks like he’ll be away on loan.

I have enough trust in BR and the Board not to send him out on loan back in Japan . If it’s a loan, then let it be in SPL or at least a European team . He won’t develop as a SPL player by returning to Japan on loan.

Frimpong wasnt ist team ready and players were telling Lennon to give him a chance . So let the players get at least some training in before we decide to send them anywhere.

It's blatantly obvious this is not a Brendan signing and probably quite a few others. if this is the case he should come out and say he only coaches the players.

I like this approach on the project signings. Sign them, loan them out a season or so, then get them back a bit more refined.

I think it is awful treatment of a youngster to be shown all the modern facilities of Celtic Pk and Lennoxtown, only to be called to an office and told forget about Celtic Park and Lennoxtown for now, we are sending you to some place unheard of . Then when the youngster from far away places arrives at his new club, a club that is still in the 20th century, no hot water in dressing room, no hot showers, he is certainly taken down from the clouds and faces a different reality .
These new realities could be the making or could be the breaking of the youngsters . One thing certain is sending players out on loan has a poor enough % of creating reliable long term Celtic players.
